Jay Farr joined Advantzware in late 2015 as the new CEO and owner of the company strategy. Prior, he was a Senior Director of Business Development at EFI, where he had also served as General Manager of EFI Pace and Manager of European Operations for Productivity Software. Jay was the Owner and CEO of Pace Systems Group prior to its acquisition by EFI with the ePace product, currently being marketed as EFI Pace Worldwide, acquired in 2008. ePace was the first completely browser based MIS system for the graphic arts industry with Jay as the primary Product Manager developing the initial estimating, accounting and eCommerce solution, all while serving as the strategist in the company. Brad Vigrass - COO
Brad Vigrass came on board Advantzware in 2011 as COO to take the company to the next level in product development and innovation. Previously, Brad was a VP of Business Analysis and Product Development at FactSet Research Systems, Inc., as well as VP, Lead Business Analyst and eCommerce Channel Manager of the Merrill Lynch Online Program at Bank of America – Merrill Lynch Global Wealth & Investment Management. His extensive experience with customer service, product development, sales, product and personnel management, finance and programming all prove him to be a strong leader and trusted resource. As a graduate of Duke University and CFA® charterholder, Brad brings a never-ending love of knowledge, learning and discovery to this growing company – making it an exciting time to be a part of the Advantzware team.
Joe Hentz - President
Advantzware was founded in 1991 by the current President, Joseph Hentz. Joe used his extensive knowledge of ERP Systems and packaging to design a dynamic system that would address the job shop needs of the box business, as well as the ERP requirements of larger packaging plants. Today, Advantzware supports packaging plants producing corrugated boxes, folding cartons, foam fabrication, point of purchase displays, assembled partitions, die cuts, paperboard products, as well as distribution of packaging supplies. The software addresses the needs of each industry with custom written programs that are both comprehensive and easy to use while automating the entire office, plant and supply chain via a tightly integrated system.
